”Situazione critica e dubbiosa
rispetto al futuro dei lavoratori”.
“L’ultimo tavolo di discussione per la vertenza Jabil tenutosi al
MISE il 17 ottobre 2019 e presieduto dal Vice Capo di Gabinetto Giorgio Sorial, ha visto
tutte le Rappresentanze Sindacali in discussione, la UGL Metalmeccanici
rappresentata da Lucia Dello Iacovo della Segreteria Provinciale di Caserta,
con la Dirigenza Aziendale e l'apporto di una rappresentanza della Regione
Campania, nella persona del Deputato Sonia Palmeri. L’Azienda ha presentato per
il 2020/2022 un ambizioso Piano Industriale che "punterebbe" sulla
crescita dei clienti con uno share dell’8/10% del mercato, ancora in
decrescita, attraverso l'erosione di clienti alla concorrenza. Parallelamente
dichiara che, negli ultimi due anni, la Jabil ha puntato anche sulla
diversificazione delle attività passando dalla produzione di schede elettriche,
alla meccatronica, ai servizi, fino alla progettazione e prototipazione. Tra i
vari progetti presentati al tavolo -
prosegue la sindacalista Ugl - è saltata alla nostra attenzione addirittura una
fase di studio per l’introduzione delle Tecnologie di Realtà Virtuale e
Aumentata nei processi industriali e di ricerca e sviluppo. Nonostante tutto
questo ben di Dio l'azienda afferma irremovibile la necessità di snellire
l'organico a 350 unità su 700, attraverso le attività di reimpiego e uscite
incentivate, come da Accordo Quadro che è seguito dopo l’apertura di
licenziamenti collettivi del 24 giugno, attualmente congelata grazie alla
concessione della Proroga della CIGS straordinaria. Quest’ultimo ammortizzatore
concesso scadrà il 10 novembre, a breve si dovrà ridiscutere del
rifinanziamento fino alla data ultima del 23 marzo, presso il Ministero del
Lavoro. In questo tempo l'azienda richiede di continuare e completare il
percorso di Ricollocazione, ponendo sul tavolo un esodo incentivato attualmente
dimezzato rispetto ai mesi scorsi e un bonus per chi sceglie di ricollocarsi
decresciuto del 90%, condizioni davvero poco proponibili ai lavoratori.
Ragionando, infine, sulla Ricollocazione proposta – aggiunge Dello Iacono - ,
abbiamo osservato attraverso le slide una lista di aziende presentate che
garantirebbero l’assunzione fino a 631 lavoratori. La nostra posizione è
stata piuttosto critica sulle due start up, forse le aziende più appetibili
della lista e che da sole garantivano occupazione a 100 e 170 lavoratori
ciascuna, con una partenza 2020 e una prospettiva di ancora Ammortizzatori per
i lavoratori coinvolti. Abbiamo chiesto di monitorare le aziende dove non sono
chiari né il futuro né le commesse, difatti il Vice Gabinetto Sorial ha
pronunciato parere non favorevole a queste ricollocazioni. In ultimo la UGLM ha
espresso forti dubbi rispetto anche al futuro prospettato per le 350 persone
che resterebbero dopo la ristrutturazione e sull'atteggiamento di un'azienda
che si priva indiscriminatamente delle sue risorse, mentre parallelamente
presenta progetti ambiziosi, i quali richiedono competenze fuoriuscite negli
ultimi mesi dall’azienda e che non si fermeranno in futuro. La situazione –
conclude la sindacalista Dello Iacono – per l’Ugl resta ancora molto critica e
fumosa, soprattutto su come avviare questo processo di ricollocazione
‘volontaria’ ad una platea di lavoratori che non vede garanzie in questi
percorsi”.

”Bene il tavolo di confronto sul futuro del settore”.
Si è svolto al Ministero dello Sviluppo economico (Mise) un tavolo
di confronto sull’automotive, settore strategico per l’Italia nel Salone degli
Arazzi. Presenti all’incontro i rappresentanti delle case automobilistiche Fca,
Nissan, Renault, Tesla, Cnhi, Piaggio, Lamborghini, diverse associazioni,
docenti universitari del mondo della ricerca, costruttori automobilistici,
associazioni datoriali e organizzazioni sindacali.
L’incontro è stato presieduto dal Ministro dello Sviluppo
Economico Stefano Patuanelli, Giorgio Sorial vice capo di gabinetto, Alessia
Montanino capo segreteria, Daniele De Vito capo segreteria tecnica.
“Apprezziamo l’iniziativa messa in campo dal Ministro sulle nuove
frontiere che sta stravolgendo l’automotive e soprattutto nel nostro paese,
dove il mercato dell’auto è in affanno unitamente alla produzione di auto e di
diverse aziende che operano nel settore della componentistica”.
Lo ha dichiarato intervenendo Antonio Spera, segretario generale dell’Ugl
Metalmeccanici presente all’incontro per il quale, “è apprezzabile tale primo
passo d’istituzione di un tavolo di lavoro, confronto e suggerimenti per il
futuro. Si parla di Idrogeno, elettrico e di diesel sostenibile di ultima
generazione come ribadito da diverse associazioni. È evidente che è iniziata
una trasformazione ma, - come ribadito dall’intervento del sindacalista dell’Ugl,
Spera - va fatta molta attenzione sulla trasformazione: c’è bisogno di
governare i processi con tempi e modalità in modo che non si mette a rischio
l’occupazione nei stabilimenti dove, per l’Ugl, è da sottolineare la
individuazione di migliori strumenti al fine di rilanciare il settore
dell’automotive anche attraverso le opportunità messe a disposizione dalla
mobilità ecosostenibile”.

Residual biomass is
undoubtedly a resource that can be used for energy purposes. Its proper use can
meet sustainability and environmental impact criteria as well as contribute to
the achievement of the energy targets proposed by the EU strategies by 2030 and
2050.
Suitable for both the
production of heat and electricity with conventional combustion technologies,
important R&D programs have been promoted in order to develop more
efficient and economical production processes and supply chains, aimed at
exploiting residual biomass for electricity production. Among the various
technologies explored, gasification has certainly attracted remarkable
attention for its potential to combine technical and scientific aspects with
environmental and sustainability issues.
At EU level, the
actions promoted, including those to support production costs with incentive
policies, have enabled certain gasification technologies to reach the
industrialization and commercialization stage. These are technologies suitable
in particular to produce electricity in the small to medium range, i.e. in
support of the decentralized energy production model, thus favoring the
integration of a share of the production of electricity from biomass in the
national grids of different European countries.
The experience gained
through the operation of these technologies, the adjustment to specific
efficiency targets, typically linked to the use of internal combustion engines
for power production, together with technical-economic evaluations, lead to
evaluate that, unlike what happened for technologies based on other renewable
sources, gasification results in higher investment and management costs.
Thus the need to go
further, to continue to innovate and improve in order to be able to reach an alignment
of the costs of producing power from biomass with those achieved by
technologies based on other renewable energy sources, such as hydro,
photovoltaic and wind. Key elements to achieve this result in the case of
gasification are the ability to develop technologies as flexible as possible
with respect to the type of residual biomass feedstocks to be used and capable
of leading to significant increases in plant productivity, both in terms of
electrical and thermal efficiency, as well as of the annual producibility.
Funded within the EU
Horizon 2020 programme, the BLAZE project aims to achieve these targets and,
through the integration of gasification in fluidized beds with solid oxide fuel
cells (SOFC), seeks to develop an advanced and zero emissions technology for
cogeneration (CHP) by using biomass of low-cost and from
short chain. Reference range for power production, the sizes from small (25-100
kWe) to medium (0.1-5 MWe).
The project has also
the ambition to achieve investment and operating costs of about 4k€/kWe and
0.05€/kWh respectively, high energy efficiencies (50% electricity over the
current 20%), near zero gaseous and PM emissions. Electricity production costs
of less than 0.10€/kWh.
Starting from the specific aims of the BLAZE
project, this meeting takes the opportunity to bring to the same table the most
recent European projects focused on the subject, as well as experts on related
issues, to compare their experiences and points of view through which trigger
profitable synergies not only on the technological side, but also in
perspective and strategic vision.

A Policoro la presentazione del libro "Fame" di
Isabella Corrado
Una generazione che ha “fame”di tutto, come se a divorarla
fosse una pulsione che diventa quasi ossessione. Ed è proprio questa
voracità, che troppo spesso lascia il posto alla rassegnazione e al senso di
vuoto, la protagonista del romanzo-rivelazione,"Fame" di
Isabella Corrado che sarà presentato venerdì 11 ottobre, alle 19.00 nella sala
convegni della biblioteca comunale di Policoro, in collaborazione con il
Presidio del Libro "Magna Grecia". Un romanzo, il primo dell'autrice
lucana, capace di“fotografare” la realtà contemporanea con la quale ci
confrontiamo quotidianamente.
Ad introdurre la presentazione, il presidente del
presidio del libro, Franco Roseto e a dialogare con l'autrice ci saranno la DS
dell'Istituto comprensivo "Giovanni Paolo II" di Policoro, la
professoressa Maria Carmela Stigliano e il giornalista Pino Suriano. Diverse le
tematiche che verranno affrontate e sulle quali il romanzo si sofferma: gli
affetti, la fede, il lavoro unite da un unico contenitore che è la ricerca
della propria identità. A interpretare brani del romanzo, ci sarà l'attore
Ulderico Pesce.
